Announcing Version 2
A complete revamp of Product Lens AI
Our last update was in September 2025, and we’ve been working hard to improve the app. We’ve been working on a complete revamp of the app, and we’re excited to announce that we’re finally ready to release it.
Version 2 will begin rolling out today, and we’re excited to see what you think of it.
What’s new
Canvas first UI; built to be intuitive and flexible
The canvas is now the first thing you see when you open the app, and it’s built to be intuitive and flexible. You upload, or drag and drop your images onto the canvas, and work like you’re arranging a moodboard.
All the same tools are still available, but they’re now more accessible and easier to use with the floating toolbar.
Merge Composition
The new canvas UI has enable us to create a new feature called ‘Merge Composition’.
Simply upload multiple images, drag to select them all, and click the ‘Merge Composition’ button. The AI will then blend the images together into a single image.
Works amazing for creating rooms, and other complex compositions.
New AI models
We now offer three tiers of AI models, each with different capabilities and pricing.
All models are state of the art, and we’ll update them as new models are released.
Quick: The quick model is the fastest, but also the least accurate. It’s perfect for quick edits or testing out new ideas at 1K resolution.
Pro: The pro model is the most accurate, but also slower. It’s perfect for creating professional photoshoots at 2K resolution.
Pro 4k: The pro 4k model is the most accurate, but also the slowest. It’s perfect for creating professional photoshoots at 4K resolution.
New Credit Pricing
We’ve reduced the cost of our quick model from 10 credits per image to 5 credits per image. Meaning our $19 a month plan can now create 200 images per month, instead of 100.
Upscale and background removal are now 2 credits per image, and describe edit now starts from 5 credits per edit.
Meaning you can now create more assets for the same subscription price!
Photoshoot Creator
The photoshoot creator has been completely overhauled, making it much simpler to use. Select from a studio preset, or describe your own to create photoshoots of your products.
Product and Asset Management
We heard your feedback, and we’ve made some changes to the product and asset management system.
Assets are still saved by default, but you can now manage them from the ‘Assets’ tab in the sidebar. Allowing you to download or delete ones you don’t want to keep.
Creating and managing products is now simpler, and all uses now get 2 product slots for free (save 6 images per product). Subscribers get unlimited product slots.
There are many more things we’ve changed and improved, but there’s too many to list here. The docs have been fully updated for version 2, and we hope you enjoy using the new version.
